Holy Name Passionist Retreat Center is located in Houston, Texas on several wooded acres in the heart of the Memorial District.  The Center hosts retreats for Catholic men, women, youth and young adults.  Holy Name also provides a peaceful setting for conferences and/or retreats for non-profit organizations.

Holy Name is home to an active 12-step recovery program.  Twenty groups a week meet at the retreat center for groups such as Alcoholics Anonymous, Al-Anon, Overeater's Anonymous, Gamblers Anonymous, and C.O.S.A.  Forty percent of the retreat schedule is devoted to 12-step programs.  Holy Name is  known as the place "where miracles happen."

The Magnolia Area Chamber of Commerce has been a positive force in Southwest Montgomery County for more than three decades.  We represent the businesses located in the area as well as businesses outsied the area that have interests in this beautiful part of the county.  We work to represent business people in legislative, mobility, and economic issues, as well as hold various events to involve the community.  Realizing that education raises the economic level of an area, we proved scholarships totaling more than $4,500 to area students attending accredited colleges and universities.  Our Chamber and our members are active in various organizations, inlcuding Leadership Montgomery County.
